Scope of Collaboration
1. Contributor (Mentor) Partnership
For professionals ready to teach, publish, and lead in their fields. As a Contributor Mentor, you can:
- Publish recorded courses, lectures, and written educational content
- Join mentorship programs and contribute to global professional development
(Note: Live Q&A sessions and panels will launch in June 2026. Currently, only pre-recorded educational content with voice-over or descriptive text is supported.)
Mentor Responsibilities:
- Submit original, high-quality educational content
- Ensure videos or multimedia meet professional standards (MP4, 720p+ preferred)
- Provide credentials for CPD/CME accreditation where applicable
- Allocate at least 30% of content as free-to-access courses
Content Options: Mentors may choose to self-produce or engage ImpactED’s optional content upgrade services—which include professional video editing, animation, and voiceover production.
2. Affiliate Partnership
For influencers, promoters, organizations, or media partners interested in promoting content at IMPACTED globally. Affiliates do not create content; instead, they promote existing courses, programs, and mentor profiles using their personalized affiliate links.

Revenue Sharing Model
All content is monetized under a transparent revenue-sharing structure based on how students access your courses:

Content Creation Guidelines
Video Content Requirements:
- Format: MP4 (720p or 1080p)
- Maximum Episode Length: 25–30 minutes
- Audio: Clear, professional voice-over or descriptive narration
- Structure: Opening title slide, Summary or recap slide at the end, Written overview for each episode, Optional quiz per module
Certificates:
- Mentor logo required for inclusion
- IMPACTED provides co-branded, signed certificates for verified completions
Mentor Profile Requirements
Your mentor profile is your professional identity on IMPACTED: It builds credibility and connects you to global learners. To complete your profile, you will need the following*:
- Professional headshot (high-res)
- Full name, title, and designations
- Education & specialization
- Clinical or research expertise
- Location and affiliations
- Professional social profiles
- Short bio (150–200 words)
*Your profile will only be approved to go live, once all these details are uploaded to your Mentor’s dashboard.

⚠️ These membership tiers are introductory and will be updated in June 2026. Mentors will be informed prior to any changes. Subscription fees are automatically deducted monthly via credit card.
Terms & Conditions
Scope of Services: IMPACTED provides hosting, technical support, and promotional tools. All deliverables defined in writing.
Timeline: Standard content review/publishing within 3–4 weeks.
Payment Terms: Mentor payouts processed within 30 days once minimum threshold is reached. Affiliate commissions processed monthly.
Subscription Billing: Membership fees are auto-charged monthly. Cancellation requested anytime before next billing cycle.
Content Standards: Submitted content must be original, relevant, and suitable for professional healthcare audiences.
Free Course Requirement: Mentors must provide minimum 30% free educational content.
Content Updates & Engagement: Mentors encouraged to refresh content every 3 months and monitor student feedback regularly.
Termination: Either party may terminate with 14 days’ written notice. Eligible payouts will be processed.
Intellectual Property: Mentors retain full ownership. IMPACTED receives non-exclusive, global license to host and promote.
Liability & Confidentiality: Both parties protect confidential information. IMPACTED is not responsible for issues outside its control.
Amendments & Acknowledgment: Terms require mutual written consent. Mentors must accept terms before gaining access.
Privacy Disclaimer
By accessing and using this platform, you consent to the use of your camera and microphone for real-time educational purposes. Video and audio feeds are used only for live or recorded learning sessions and are not stored or shared without explicit consent.
We comply with: PIPEDA (Canada), PIPA (BC), PHIPA/HIA, and CCPA & CPRA (California). Your information is safeguarded through encryption and will never be sold or shared with third parties.
