Clear & Fair Guidelines for Digital Learning Products
At ImpactED, we are committed to providing high-quality online courses and subscriptions. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights regarding refunds and exchanges.
Digital Products & Subscriptions
All courses and subscriptions sold on ImpactED are digital products. As such:
- There is no physical product shipped.
- Once access is granted to a course or digital content, it cannot be returned in the traditional sense.
- Access to course materials is instant and permanent, unless revoked due to violation of our Terms of Service.
Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes a course may not meet your expectations. Therefore:
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
- Refund eligibility is limited to cases where the course has not been fully accessed or completed, or where a technical issue prevents course access.

Non-Refundable Items
The following products are non-refundable:
- Courses or subscriptions that have been fully accessed or completed
- Downloadable course materials, software, or resources
- Gift cards
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in certain situations:
- If a course has been partially accessed but technical issues prevented completion
- Any subscription where only part of the service period has been used
Exchanges
As a digital platform, we do not offer exchanges of online courses or subscriptions. If a course is defective or inaccessible due to a platform error, we will provide access to a replacement course or an alternative solution.
Gifts
- If a course was purchased as a gift, refunds (if applicable) will be issued as gift credits.
- If the gift was delivered directly to the recipient, the refund will go to the recipient.
- If the gift was purchased for later delivery, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
Since all products are digital, there are no shipping costs or physical returns.
